"My flight was delayed so had to arrange another pick up time. It was a very simple matter and I was relieved and confident that I would have a collection when arriving in BHX. Then baggage took a while but everything went very smoothly.
The driver Nahid was very polite man. Who had to step in at the last minute when another driver was off sick.
